As a passionate advocate of management and leadership, I love sharing practical tips and tools that bring comfort and confidence to those in leadership positions.

I’m driven by a deep conviction about the new leadership paradigm: alignment.
That means first paying attention to ‘being’ and that by cultivating self-awareness, and then to how I communicate with others, all in the service of growing one’s leadership and management style.
