After 14 years of experience in auditing, consulting, training, and teaching in the fields of innovation, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and communication, I have spent the past 8 years specializing in Collective Intelligence Facilitation.

I support groups in using specific methods and tools to collaborate in a more engaging, effective, and agile way — all to better address challenges related to improvement, innovation, and transformation.

In a world marked by uncertainty, complexity, and a growing tendency to withdraw, I am driven by a desire to help individuals grow together — to do better, together (!). I strongly believe that learning, kindness, knowledge, and diversity are key enablers in this journey.

I primarily animate and facilitate tailor-made workshops that help groups tackle clearly identified challenges. I also offer more standardized sessions that allow participants to discover, experiment with, and adopt tools and methods from Collective Intelligence. These sessions can be delivered in-person, remotely, or in hybrid formats, and are adaptable to any context — from executive committees to managers, employees, elected officials, clients, or even citizens.
