After 20 years of leading organizational transformation in complex, international environments, I joined the Executive Committee of a major French group, where I managed 300 people and oversaw a €40 million P&L.

Today, I support executives and teams through coaching and training — peer to peer. Both structured and warm in my approach, I receive monthly supervision and dedicate 20 days a year to continued training, constantly enriching my practice.
Credible with senior leaders, I ground every intervention in real-world experience and design tailor-made approaches for each team I support.

My core belief? Transformation starts with desire, takes shape through structure, and unfolds with trust.
I help clarify intention, create a strong framework, and share proven methods to support real, lasting change.
