COMING BACK TO YOURSELF: EMOTIONS, NEEDS, LIMITS

  • Practice bodily and emotional listening
  • Identify your fundamental needs
  • Understand the Life Curve (CLV) and your own energy cycle
  • Reconnect with your true priorities (alignment exercise)

SAYING NO WITHOUT GUILT, SAYING YES WITH AWARENESS

  • Learn to set clear and compassionate boundaries

  • Introduction to conscious breathing, short meditation, and micro-pauses
