WELCOMING AND LISTENING TO YOUR EMOTIONS

  • Identifying primary and secondary emotions

  • Practicing bodily and emotional listening
  • Practical exercise: “What is my emotion trying to tell me?”

TAKING DISTANCE TO RESPOND BETTER

  • Stepping back from emotions: observing without identifying with them
  • Breathing, centering, and mindfulness techniques
