This advanced training invites you to deeply explore the mechanisms of the Process Communication Model, in order to refine your emotional intelligence, defuse stressful situations, and strengthen the quality of your relationships—even in complex contexts. Through powerful theoretical insights and hands-on practice, you will learn to decode behaviors, adapt your stance, and develop truly transformational communication.
