As an international B2B player, Würth France aimed to transform its managerial culture to strengthen collaboration and foster a deeper sense of belonging.

Faced with a vertical structure and siloed ways of working, the company turned to Fairywell to support this shift toward a more cooperative, agile, and engaging management approach.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Support the cultural shift toward a more collaborative management style
  • Empower managers with practical tools to lead change effectively
  • Foster a strong sense of belonging and cultivate a collective intelligence mindset

OBJECTIVES

  • Enhance managerial capabilities and support skill development across all levels
  • Promote a more cooperative, agile, and accountable culture
  • Design a management framework aligned with the company’s values and strategic ambitions

OUR APPROACH

Fairywell designed a multi-phase program, combining coaching, collective intelligence workshops, training, co-development, and real-life application:

  • In-depth audit of internal resources through one-on-one interviews and collective facilitation workshops to identify key challenges and needs
  • Creation of a steering committee with a representative group of managers to co-design a methodology and tools tailored to their operational realities
  • Rollout of a modular training program offering managers the choice between four strategic themes (26h per manager):
    • Communicating in a vibrant and inspiring way
    • Developing change-oriented leadership
    • Implementing collective intelligence and collaboration
    • Leading projects and meetings with agility
  • Launch of regular co-development sessions (on a voluntary basis) to ensure progressive integration and lasting impact of new practices

RESULTS

  • Significant upskilling of managers in collaborative leadership practices
Stronger engagement around a more agile and cooperative management model
  • Progressive adoption of the co-designed management framework
  • Notable improvement in communication and cross-team synergy, including the launch of a dedicated community of internal facilitators
