OUR APPROACH
Fairywell designed a multi-phase program, combining coaching, collective intelligence workshops, training, co-development, and real-life application:
- In-depth audit of internal resources through one-on-one interviews and collective facilitation workshops to identify key challenges and needs
- Creation of a steering committee with a representative group of managers to co-design a methodology and tools tailored to their operational realities
- Rollout of a modular training program offering managers the choice between four strategic themes (26h per manager):
- Communicating in a vibrant and inspiring way
- Developing change-oriented leadership
- Implementing collective intelligence and collaboration
- Leading projects and meetings with agility
- Launch of regular co-development sessions (on a voluntary basis) to ensure progressive integration and lasting impact of new practices
