An immersive session designed to strengthen intergenerational management practices and foster a more conscious, collaborative, and inspiring management culture.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Better understand new generations and adapt one’s managerial posture.
  • Step back and reflect on the role of the manager.
  • Reconnect with a community of shared practices.
  • Generate both individual and collective insights.

OBJECTIVES

  • Identify one’s strengths, obstacles, and areas for growth as a manager.

SOLUTIONS

Fairywell designed and facilitated an interactive workshop blending collective tension exercises, collective intelligence, and playful learning.

  • Icebreaker and collective framing: A dynamic introduction to managerial responsibilities and generational differences (Generations W, X, Y, Z).

  • Work in generational groups: Reflections on challenges, successes, and needs related to managerial posture, using a color-coded post-it system.

  • Cross-sharing: Synthesis and sharing between tables to broaden perspectives.

  • Structured framing: Introduction of the PLORDICOCO competency model (Plan, Organize, Lead, Direct, Control, Coach) and insights into inspirational leadership.

  • Moments of reflection: Time for alignment, feedback, and integration of learnings.

RESULTS

  • Managers became more aware of their roles and their levers for action.
  • Better understanding of intergenerational management challenges.
  • A shared and structured framework around best managerial practices.
  • A strong sense of belonging to a professional learning community.
