We supported the management committee of Archéologie Alsace in strengthening its CODIR dynamic and management approach.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Revitalize and make the annual CODIR seminar time more useful.
  • Clarify the identity and operational framework of the CODIR.
  • Improve understanding of team and cooperation dynamics, and enhance their facilitation.
  • Develop management practices adapted to current challenges and fundamental human needs.
  • Gain efficiency, impact, and serenity in the way of working together across the entire organization.

OBJECTIVES

  • Strengthen the bonds between CODIR members, fostering mutual support and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Align on priorities and define the CODIR’s operating methods.
  • Discover and adopt the framework and practices of Collective Intelligence to work and manage together.
  • Use Collective Intelligence tools together to address current topics: creating communication materials, evolving management practices, identifying future scenarios for the organization, conducting post-mortem analysis of strategic projects, making recruitment decisions for permanent positions, etc.

OUR APPROACH

Fairywell provides structured support built around 3 pillars, ensuring smooth progress towards greater collective performance and well-being:

  1. Designing programs and facilitating annual CODIR seminars, based on jointly identified context and challenges.
  2. Designing programs and facilitating quarterly thematic CODIR sessions to effectively address more complex issues together.
  3. Designing and facilitating an annual all-staff meeting to engage teams in a more participative, learning-oriented, and collective dynamic.
