We supported the management committee of Archéologie Alsace in strengthening its CODIR dynamic and management approach.
KEY CHALLENGES
- Revitalize and make the annual CODIR seminar time more useful.
- Clarify the identity and operational framework of the CODIR.
- Improve understanding of team and cooperation dynamics, and enhance their facilitation.
- Develop management practices adapted to current challenges and fundamental human needs.
- Gain efficiency, impact, and serenity in the way of working together across the entire organization.
OBJECTIVES
- Strengthen the bonds between CODIR members, fostering mutual support and cross-functional collaboration.
- Align on priorities and define the CODIR’s operating methods.
- Discover and adopt the framework and practices of Collective Intelligence to work and manage together.
- Use Collective Intelligence tools together to address current topics: creating communication materials, evolving management practices, identifying future scenarios for the organization, conducting post-mortem analysis of strategic projects, making recruitment decisions for permanent positions, etc.
OUR APPROACH

- Designing programs and facilitating annual CODIR seminars, based on jointly identified context and challenges.
- Designing programs and facilitating quarterly thematic CODIR sessions to effectively address more complex issues together.
- Designing and facilitating an annual all-staff meeting to engage teams in a more participative, learning-oriented, and collective dynamic.
