Our team supported Galderma France in building and energizing its managerial community, as well as in the creation and implementation of its corporate values.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Define authentic and widely shared values
  • Build strong cohesion within the managerial community
  • Ensure values are embraced across the entire organization
  • Anchor those values in concrete, day-to-day practices

OBJECTIVES

  • Build a shared foundation of values and associated behaviors
  • Strengthen Galderma France’s organizational culture
  • Encourage behaviors aligned with the values
  • Ensure the long-term sustainability of the initiative

OUR APPROACH

Fairywell designed a structured journey in three key phases, ensuring a lasting transformation:

    • Foundation phase (February – August 2024) :
      • 15 workshops with the Executive Committee to define the core foundations
        10 sessions with the managerial community to refine values and behaviors
      • 2 employee-wide surveys to ensure an inclusive and representative approach
      • Collaborative definition of behaviors associated with each value
    • Alignment phase (September – January 2025) :
      • Immersive company-wide seminars to engage the full team
      • Theatrical representation of the values to create emotional resonance
      • Introduction of symbolic rituals to strengthen team cohesion
  • Deployment phase
    • Training on key behaviors to anchor values in everyday action
    • Creation and facilitation of a “Key People” community
    • Integration of values into HR processes
    • Impact measurement and tracking to adjust and sustain the initiative

RESULTS :

  • 4 clearly defined and fully embodied values
  • 40 minutes of applause during the company seminar
  • Strong employee engagement: “It felt like we wrote them ourselves”
